Shipping & Returns

• Our cookies are handmade and baked fresh in our Hawai'i store. All merchandise is shipped from our Hawai'i store, USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 3 to 4 business days.
• Orders arriving by noon Monday - Friday Hawai'i time are shipped same day. Orders received after noon Hawai'i time will be shipped out next day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or postal holidays will be shipped on the following business day. No orders shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or postal holidays.
• All orders must be received over the internet except for those shipped outside the US and Bulk orders.
• Shipping outside of the US - please contact our Kailua Store at 808-261-1811 for custom delivery service.
